Jerry was predeceased by five brothers, Allie Musacchio, Michael Musacchio, John Musacchio, Joseph Musacchio and Anthony Musacchio and two sisters, Rose Bellino and Madeline Lanning. Surviving are three brothers, David Musacchio, Robert Musacchio and Richard Musacchio, all of Canastota one sister, Dorothy Emerson of Syracuse and several nieces and nephews.
